Prawn Pickle! ഉണക്ക കൊഞ്ച്  പൊടിച്ച് ചേർത്ത ചെമ്മീൻ അച്ചാർ കഴിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടോ..? ഇല്ലങ്കിൽ കഴിക്കണം... ഒരുഗ്രൻ അച്ചാർ കുറിപ്പടി!

Sun-dried Shrimps infused Prawns pickle with Cocum Vinegar! A must try recipe for seafood lovers! 

Shrimps/ Prawns - 500gm
Kashmiri chilly powder -25gm
Turmeric powder -10gm
Black pepper powder - 10gm
Salt to taste
Curry leaves finely chopped - few
Vinegar - 30ml
Mix all the ingredients and marinate the prawns and keep it for 30 minutes

In a pan add Coconut oil/ sunflower oil and fry the prawns and keep aside. (Do not overcook the prawns)

Sun-dried Shrimps -30 gm ( Slow roasted for 2 minutes and crushed)

Garlic sliced -100gm
Ginger chopped -20gm
Green chillies -4
Bird's eye chills - few (optional)
Curry leaves few 
Sea salt to taste
Cocum - 1
Vinegar - 60ml ( according to the sauce consistency)
Kashmiri chilly powder - 30gm
Roasted fenugreek powder -5gm
Asfotodia/ Kayam - 5gm
Gingerly oil - 30ml
In a Clay pot heat Gingerly oil and sauté the garlic for few minutes add ginger, green chillies, Bird's eye chilly and curry leaves sauté for 3 minutes, on very slow fire add the spices, sea salt and sauté for two minutes add the dried Shrimps powder and Cocum vinegar and cook for a minute. Add the fried prawns and stirred well for two minutes and switch off the fire. Check the seasoning and rest the pickle for minimum one day!
